The more you prepare your body, the smoother the transition into your cleanse will be.
  • Make sure to drink lots of water in between your juices! Go for a walk, do yoga or something to get your blood flowing to help beat the mid-day fatigue!

  • Finish your last juice at least two hours before you sleep!

  • Always remember to sip your juice! The slower you drink, the more time you are giving your body to absorb the nutrients.
